Instructional Design Process

The DLG applies a systematic process up front in order to accurately scope a project and clearly identify the instructional goal. We work in partnership with subject matter experts to ensure that our eLearning initiatives meet the established timeline, budget, and learning objectives.

Our process is based on the classic “ADDIE” (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model of instructional design. Our team has developed tools and resources that enable us to seamlessly apply this model when assisting faculty with course development.
