Peter McLaren and Joe Mayo-Cullen were extremely helpful to us in developing an permanent product from an in-person conference presentation. Pete taped the presentation and synced it with our speakers’ PowerPoints, allowing us to present the materials on our web pages and share them broadly. Continuing education is very important to us. Pete's work allows us to reach out to professionals and students who do not have the time to attend our in-person presentations and/or are geogaphically distant.

I searched every resource here at the U and outside (geek squad, Dell authorized dealers, eBay, etc.) I made several call to Dell for parts, I hired UCS for technical support and I even called in a favor from past techie co-worker. After all this time, effort, frustration and exhaustion, I was still at square one.
Joe emailed me back immediately, and Toan and Li were able to help me access our database and extract the data from the hard drive. After 2 1/2 weeks working with others, the DLG came through in 2 1/2 hours.
